- Any single member of the CBC team takes an initial enquiry whether it be verbally or electronically
- A complete qualified list of essential information is gathered by the initial point of contact or if technical in nature, the CAD team will handle this immediately to avoid missing any detail with the goal of 1st or 2nd prototype solution. - A plan of action is immediately formulated between the Sales and CAD teams
