Using the A.G Cad Kasemake package and a KM 603A plotting table our design dept has the latest in design and sampling technology.

This design capability results in rapid, economic handling of both simple and more complex jobs.

This allows us to offer a range of services that extends well beyond the scope of the brown box.

Laboratory Facilities

The installation of our own paper and board testing laboratory really sets us apart from the rest of the sheet plant industry. With this facility we are able to check all aspects of raw materials.

Many of our customers also utilise the laboratory, as we are only too willing to conduct tests on their own paper based products and raw materials.

Our customers can rest assured they really are getting what they are buying.

In December 2007 we have added a new Print Laboratory on the shopfloor to facilitate easier testing of print directly off the machine.

This will house the new X-Rite Spectrophotometer. The accurate measurement of colour ensures repeatability from one run to the next. This, coupled with our ability to formulate and produce our own inks in-house give us complete control of colour.
